Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Payments made by cheque require at least 14 days to clear before shipment of goods.

Shipping And Handling Most UK orders ship by courier's overnight service. We try to deliver next day if the order comes in early enough. If not please allow 2 - 3 working days.

| Delivery Schedule Any goods found to be damaged or faulty on delivery should be notified to us immediately. All goods should be thoroughly inspected before accepting delivery. The correct number of packages should be signed for at the time of delivery, as shortages cannot immediately be rectified. Any shortage from items should be reported to MotoUK within 48 hours of delivery date. |

Refunds or replacement of faulty goods ( which we should be informed of immediately) will only be carried out on return of faulty parts. Carriage charges are not refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returns Policy All returns will be inspected on receipt, all items must be in original packaging with supplied installation instructions, and be fit for resale. Special order items ( not in the catalogue ) are not eligible for return. Carriage charges are none refundable. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted for refund
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
You do not need to give a reason for canceling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 7 days of your cancellation. This is frm the time of delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at sales at 4-motorcycles.co.uk, we will refund your payment in full.
If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period. Please note WE WLL NOT PAY FOR YOUR POSTAGE TO RETURN THE ITEMS.
